Windows Vista Sidebar? Where do the files to download and install widgets?

I downloaded a gadget to see the cameras on the street and the developer says you can change it to see their own street cams zone by inserting the address to buy editing program. But I can not find where it is installed. Search Results in C Program Files Windows Sidebar Gadgets, but I downloaded and installed are not there. I search my hard drive for the name of Gadget can not find it. But I know he is there because I can use the gadget. My question is what file is what is installed? I look at the C user data app (Under local anesthesia, local and roaming) file, but it is there.

i cant remember what the name is and i didn't find it on the Microsoft site so i know its made by a 3rd party. its a circular Rocket Dock style thing with a windows logo in the center. its default shortcuts r like email, internet, my documents, windows media player, etc...
