My girlfriend just got a brand new Acer and it came with Windows 7. I looking for some widgets or gadgets or what they are for use with it. They do not come with many and not as those who came with. I put some files. Widget on my flash drive and when I put it on your computer could not recognize them. How I can run and what the extension File is assumed to be download? . Gadget. Gg. I do not understand Flash. Thank you.
Widgets need to make Windows 7 to work. Overview Widgets run but with reduced functionality. , Windows XP will not normally work or not recognized. Just do a search for and install Windows 7 the widget you want.

Windows 7 desktop widgets (called "gadgets") have the file extension ".gadget" and can be downloaded here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/personalize?T1=desktopgadgets

Widgets need to be make for Windows 7 in order to work. Vista Widgets usually will work but with reduced functions. , Windows XP ones normally do not work or are not recognized. Simply do a search for Windows 7 widgets and install the ones you want.
