Windows Sidebar and Gadgets in XP - January 3, 2010 by admin

Can anyone direct em to a program that can display the above three programs of food resources at this time?

There was a gadget Windows Sidebar that but I'm on XP and do not want one of these programs in the sidebar to imitate. The program I wish I had a small window, I can put in the corner looking at any time

The Task Manager application that comes with Windows does a good job of showing running applications and resource use. But there is a better team implementation of Sysinternals (Microsoft bought them, so they are now official MS applications). They are also free, so you can not beat 'em. The new task manager called Process Explorer. It will show not only the CPU and memory, but tons of other information about using the system and application. I'll put a link in the sources so you can find. Note: No installation necesssary to use it. Just download and run the program. You can also select an option to replace the application default tasks of leadership with Process Explorer (such as when you press Ctrl + alt + del, for example). If you do this make sure you do not move the program by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del will try to run it from there.

I just installed VISTA...help ?

I just installed Windows VISTA business edition. Before I did if I right clicked on the net, say on a picture or on text I wanted to copy no problem. Now I right click and the same menu comes up but when I go to left click...NOTHING. Also with XP I had option at the top while surfing the net. Options I don't have anymore. Like I could search a web page for certain text I know should be there. Now I have to do such searches the hard way because those options vanished. I see why people hate Vista but if someone can help I need to stay with it. My fiancee is from Hong Kong & I need the Translator gadget I now have in the sidebar almost daily. Not all the online translates work good but it seems the gadget does decent translations into chinese simplified so please don't just say "re-install windows xp." Thanks.

you have to download it like from google (would show a link but doing this on my iPhone). Anyways they still selling vista thought they only sell windows 7?

Windows 7 – How Soon Should You Upgrade? - December 14, 2009 by admin

Should I upgrade my system or wait?

I am trying to decide whether or not I should upgrade my system. My System Current is old, does not have audio drivers for Vista (so there is no sound), and will remain as hell when I'm playing Games like Crysis. But I do not want to pay big money for a new single system to become obsolete quickly. So how old is DDR3 RAM? Do you plan problems with driver support and new motherboard that comes with Windows 7? I want to go with an AMD ... AM3 is the best in the industry today, and how long has it been out? If anyone can give me some advice on what you really enjoy it. Thank you.

only justification most computers only to mourn the performance of Crysis ... so I'm not surprised that your PC is running .... Now for the answer ... 1. DDR3 RAM is Now the last ... 2. Windows 7 may be programs for XP if XP is a driver, I guess it will work ... 3. Socket AM3 is not the best and processors are not really better than we can get anyway game (including the Phenom X4S II), although the new platform is not worth it if you want a game system that runs Crysis need to fork some money, because it requires no CPU decent GPU. my suggestion? would be to get-> Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 or E8600 ~ Intel Core 2 Quad CPU cooler Q6600/Q9650: Cooler Master V8 or Titan Fenhe NK85TZ you to overclock if you want to save money ... GPU: NVIDIA GTS 250 for a screen 22 "or NVIDIA GTX295 for a 24" Motherboard: Asus P5Q Deluxe or better power supply: the less than 600 W as the Be Quiet! Dark Power Pro 650W Case: Antec Nine Hundred Two test or similar RAM: 2x2GB DDR2 1066 MHz RAM: 16 MB cache 500 GB 7200 RPM

Windows 7 How Soon Should You Upgrade?
How often do people upgrade their desktops or laptops?

Technology is obviously outdated and upgraded constantly. How long do most people wait to upgrade. And it seems if you buy low end gear now u have a reason to upgrade sooner compared to high end tech. which should perform nicely longer waiting for mainstream tech. to catch up. This is my current rig. how long do u think i should wait to upgrade:

Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit (i plan on getting Windows 7)

Intel Core i7 Extreme Processor Quadcore (3.33 ghz, 8mb cashe)

12 GB ddr3 Memory (1600 mhz)

Dual SLI Nvidia graphics cards 295 (3.5 gb memory total)

512 gb Hard Drive (dual 256 gb solid state drive raid 0)

additional hard drive 300 velocoraptor (10000 rpm)

intel next gen wireless w/bluetooth

Dual Optical Drive (Blu-ray rd/wrte for blue ray with lightscribe and supermulti)

Liquid Cooling & Acoustic Damping

how long do u wait to upgrade

+Generally speaking, computers stay within usable technology for 3-5 years. Sounds like you'll be OK for a while.
