im a part of the phoenix gang so you need to be a part of the other one my combat lvl is 96 and if you want to do the quest just leave your username bellow and i will add you (i can do the quest right now)

How can those scam "ringtone" commercials work?

Those commercials that tell you to text a certain combo of numbers to a certain number for a free ringtone or prize. You know what i am talking about?

There is one particular commercial where this girl comes on screen and asks a trivia question...what is the capital of the US....a. miami or b. DC? Then it syas text to xxxx with the correct answer and win $15000 dolars. Total scam.

How do commercials like thisget on tv. I know that they show a REALLY SMALL discaimer on the botton of the screen basically says it is a scam, but how do networks even want these commercials on their channels?
