Alienware and Max OSX?

Hello, I wondered if my new Alienware M17x could "dual boot" Mac OS X with the following specifications: Intel Core i7 720QM 1.6 GHz 8 GB 1333 MHz dual-channel double DRR3 ATI 4780 in crossfire of the screen: WIDEUXGA 1920 x 1200 (1200p) 2x500gb in RAID 0 Dell 7200 wireless card 1520 or any other advice on how to run?

All the "Hackintosh" attempts are illegal, and does on the motherboard specific and limited, due to device driver problems, among others. Therefore, you should have better spent their money on a Mac, which allows you to run a legal copy of Windows, and would probably be almost as fast as his new team. And you can actually have saved money!

SSD vs HDD in maxed out Alienware M17x r3?

Configuring a maxed out Alienware M17x R3. Specs:

Intel® Core™ i7 2820QM 2.3GHz (3.4GHz Turbo Mode, 8MB Cache)
16GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1333MHz (4DIMMS)
1.5GB GDDR5 Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M

Considering the RAM and i7 processor, would the speed/battery benefits of an SSD really outweigh that of an HDD. Forgetting the cost and limited size of SSD drives, would the speed benefits and extra battery life be worth it?
512gb ($1200) is really limited so I was wondering, should I go with dual HDD (1.5TB for $250), dual SSD (512gb for $1200), or one SSD, where my OS will be installed for quick boot-up time as well as other most commonly-used and large programs will be kept, and one HDD.
I imagine a 1SSD/1HDD mix would be ideal, as if having the best of both worlds. SSD for speed and HDD for large file capacity.

Any input is appreciated but please try to not keep the heavy cost be the primary factor in deciding which to go with. Thanks

As you have said, Get one SSD and one HDD, I have that on my setup and what you want to be fast is blazing, and when you want storage you have the room.

SQL to celebrate new job.?

Hello, My partner is a developer of SQL database and just got a new job. To celebrate the new book I wanted to take a small gift, I have not decided what yet, but I saw some cakes decorated with SQL: http://blog.sqlauthority.com/2009/08/07/sqlauthority- humorous-news-sql-cake- funny-Cake-SQL / if possible, I'd love to have a small piece of code saying good luck or congratulations, or something fun you can then put on a cake or a card, etc. It is a geek, I'm sure you will love it! I'm sure it's obvious now that I know of no personal code - not really my area of ??interest, so if anyone can help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance xx Geeks

I liked one of your cakes http://www.pinaldave.com/bimg/cake/cake3.jpg link can do the same for the wishes - INSERT INTO wishes (person, desire) VALUES ('John', 'good luck') This means that inserting a row into the table wishes friends with your name and a wish. Change "John" in the name of his friend. You can also change the desire for "good luck" to you want:)
