the "hero" would drive around in Plymouth prowler he had like some gadgets and i think he had like a laser site or something like that built into his mask and i think the show came out right about the time the prowler did (mid/late 90s)?

Johnny Domino is a well-known San Franciscan jazz musician who is accidentally struck by lightning in a freak cable-car accident.
