What else to buy my sister 13 years for his birthday?
I am 17, if that helps lol well its 13 th anniversary approaches, and so far I bought two belts three nails Victoria Secret fragrance, a giant can of Monster Energy drink, and a giant Slim Jim. I know the last Both are nonsense, but she specifically asked for them, lol. * Money is not a concern for you to to suggest something. thank you! :]
You're a good brother to give his sister all that! I also think you need to add a gift card to your favorite store as well and if you like a magazine subscription gift for your favorite. Edit: What about the thumbs down? I and everyone gave you some good ideas. If you're the only one to do, which I know are not always the case.

What to Buy my Sister for her Birthday?
What can i buy my step-sister for her birthday?
She is going to be 13 and i don't really know what she likes.
I don't have much money i have about £10-£15 at most!
Please give me ideas!
P.s she doesn't really like chocolate.

I like the previous suggestions, in addition:
If she has a favourite band, or singer, then a CD could be an option.
If she likes painting or craft, even only occasionally, a nice set of coloured pencils or pastels can be bought for less than £10. The colours in these boxes are usually much nicer than the standard sets you buy for school or general use. Together with some nice paper or sketch pad. Craft kits are also worth looking at, as they can be good for making a one off item, or may spark a new interest.
A calligraphy set, with some nice ink, if she might like to develop handwriting skills.
Treat her to a movie at the cinema.
A not too expensive trip to a place of interest.
A book, if you know of a need or interest she has. Biographies of favourite actors or singers can sometimes be found in paperback.
Do remember that your time is more valued than any gift.
