Hurry! Check out the great deals for:Gadgets... love / hate
Do you enjoy the new technology at our disposal?
Just this year, I bought an iPod (using the tape and go to sleep) a plasma TV and a global positioning system for my car. Oh, and the band itself, that tells me my speed and momentum as jogging along! How did we survive all that without these high-tech gadgets? Like 'em ..... or hate them?
In my opinion the most simple life-changing technology is a mobile phone. Think about what I was getting stuck somewhere with no way to contact your family or friends to help unless you happened to be near a phone and had some changes.
Gadgets... love / hate
I have big hands, why are gadgets getting smaller?
I hate texting! I have very thick fingers. I have huge hands. Girls love my hands, I've ben told I have beautiful hands all the time. Even guys want to touch my hands, often gusy want to compare their hand-size with mine.
But why are gadgets getting smaller?? Texting on a phone is hard. Texting on a BlackBerry is even harder with all those tiny buttons.
I was stupid enough to buy a Netbook thiking it would be convinient, it wasn't. I have to carry an external keyboard with me to use the Netbook.
Why are do gadgets need to keep getting smaller?
I'm a size 32 pants size, I'm not fat.
I havbe big hands too. I thionk they just do this to annoy us. Maybe we shjould form a political action group.

Funny really re the Mobile Phone as I too don’t really care for them, I have to use one for work but apart from that My main mobile is always off but nice to have for an emergency.
Midge Ure is a fan of the old Gadget however I was watching him Live a few years ago when in between songs someone’s mobile went off to which he replied ” The bane of modern technology “.
I agree.
I have the cure for …
I have the cure for “the sickness”.
It’s called unemployment.
I don’t recommend it though, as the side effects are worse than the sickness itself.
I’ve got too many …
I’ve got too many gadgets. iPhone, point and shoot digital camera, DSLR, 360, Wii, PS3, Apple TV, Macbook, DS, iPod… the list goes on. Its too the point now where I just stopped buying stuff because I don’t use half of what I’ve already got. I call it “the sickness,” always having to get the newest shiniest thing.
What do you think …
What do you think iPods are? They’re MP3 players (along with other formats). Though, they can’t do CDs… obviously.
I most defiantly …
I most defiantly will. The first attempt was a charger for something that kindof looked like it,but I figured If I was going to do this,I aught to go all out, then I found a toy keychain replica, about half the size, thought it out thoroughly, decided it would work, then I found out I overlooked the space taken up by the battery.Their cheap enough on ebay,£6(if I have the exchange rate correct)for a replica or set of walkie-talkies modeled truly, but my pay-pal account is messed up,ruling out ebay
I love most gadgets …
I love most gadgets. That MDA Pro that I showed has sat nav, and it’s proved invaluable on numerous occasions.
The only thing that lets it down as an all rounder is poor 3G speed, and Windows Mobile 5 hogs all of the system resources, effectively crippling any software I want to run on it.
I have a wind up radio. Nice idea, but nicad batteries suck.

If you get your communicator/phone sorted to your liking, do please put up a video of it. I’d love to see that
I’m totally with …
I’m totally with you on the PS3. I have a 60 and an 80 gig, and I really miss the backward compaitibility on the 80.
There’re so many things I like the look of on the iPhone, but even if I could afford one (which I can’t at the moment)… something about them doesn’t quite work for me. I can’t put my fingher on what it is though.
One of my fave gadgets that I meant to have in the vid, but then forgot, was my Roland MC303. Lovely bit of kit.
the BEST gadgets i …
the BEST gadgets i love are my iphone 3g and my 60gb ps3.

My phone is just so if someone needs me ASAP,I can know.I lost my phone for a good month, when I found it there were 2 missed calls, one was me trying to page it.
I am trying desperately to remodel my phone into a star trek communicator, since I don’t text,or do anything that isn’t dial,I can loose the screen,I’ve tried to make the case, but it just doesn’t look as good, and the stupid prop replaces go up to $60,but if I ever do finish it,I have a little chip that plays the chirp when you open it

Anyway, it’s the most annoying thing in the world if you want to relax or do something else, then everyone wants you to drop everything and do something else.
I have the same “quirk”, if you can call it that. I prefer “trait”.
I have a job that requires me to do that on a daily basis as well.
I’m pretty sure (if anything), it’d come under OCD or an offshoot of it.
Anyway, good video and yes, mobile computer > mobile phone.
I think sooner or …
I think sooner or later Apple will release an iPod that I want.
The Nano looks interesting, and the Touch has some great features, but all of them have one thing or another that puts me off.
Sometimes it’s storage capacity, other times it’s just the price… but they never quite get there.

lol if u had an ipod you would like one…ipod nano’s aren’t that expensive now…and they have a built in camcorder that actually has a pretty good picture…Ipod is the one mainstream product i have to tilt my hat too….
I think I am jinxed …
I think I am jinxed. Or the magnetic field around my body just drains batteries completely far sooner then their specs. I have that with a ton of batteries.
The only devices that kind of work properly are the Wiimotes, the PS3, 360 controllers, the Wiz, my rechargable AA/AAA duracell batteries and the battery on my MacBook although lately I have grown a little suspicious of the latter….
Heh… battery life …
Heh… battery life is a running joke between me and my wife.
I always insist on checking the stated battery life on any new gadget, especially phones, to the point that it is more important to me than any other feature.
So now if I pick up anything remotely gadgety, she’ll ask me what the battery life is like.
Nice gadgets you …
Nice gadgets you show here.
I too have many many, so much superfluous stuff though with a lot of overlap in the things they do. Love the Cyberman helmet!
Mobile phones, I loathe them too. The battery life on most of these is horrible but they just can do too much. Calling with them is a pain….and people want to be able to contact you whenever.
I totally agree …
I totally agree with you about mobile phones as well. Can’t stand the bloody things!
