Why is my laptop running so slow ...? Is it because ...?

The specifications of my laptop are: - Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 processor at 1.66 GHz - RAM 1 GB - 100 GB Hard Drive - 12.1 "Widescreen - DVD ± RW - Vista Home Premium Windows Sidebar gadgets I have with these: - EBay Auction Tools - - time - Sticky notes players radio - YouTube Player - Internet TV have antispyware programs installed and running as follows: - CounterSpy - SpyBot - Avira Antivirus - a-squared Anti-Malware I do not have many music files in my library, however, only a few albums, and I did not even play. How can I fix my computer?

I have Windows 7 on my desktop and none of my programs work. I have no restore point system in place and let me know if it can restart the computer both Windows 7 was installed and I have a Windows disk 7 as a of my friends to install Windows 7 at home and I took it. I can not install broadband in my cricket team. My programs stop working properly and must end and that happens with IE and Windows desktop gadgets. I need help, how can I reinstall the new operating system or reinstall the operating system

Question Electonic - Protector extended?

I do not know electonics or electronic components (although very little) ... I sitting at my computer I have heard a great noise of prisoners of war and thought a golf ball hit the window. Then I look in my Box TV, PS3 and the cable is seated and heard a pop sound crack (type of sound when the old computer monitor on and off). I quickly disconnected from any and the sound faded, but still slightly crisp. It reminded me of something with a wack condenser. Perhaps the guard broke and fried all my gadgets? It seems that the crisis that has each of them, if possible? My question is ... I'm honestly a little nervous to play / try one of these devices Fire Hazzard. My TV, PS3 and Comcast box is worth more than $ 3,000. Do you think something Fry? Any idea if everything is? Any help on what to do here would be appreciated.

I have a Vista laptop from last year, and I want to upgrade to Windows 7 mine! The issue is there, after making Window7, laterly and in the future, I want to reinstall the entire system. The Windows 7 or still in my old version view and needs to update again?

If you upgrade to Windows 7, then use the restore manufacturers Notebook / rescue disks to re-install, then you will be back to Vista. Yes, you also have to update again with Windows 7 discs and patches and updates from Microsoft.
