Solar Charge Controller problems?

Ok, I built a solar cell built into a backpack. For the latter weeks everything worked fine. However, as of yesterday, the charge controller, I was not suggesting that receives no input solar energy although it did two days ago. The charge controller does not seem to be broken, and solar panels are the same voltage and power as before. How I tried to see if the charge controller is broken or not, I took a DC power input (Converted from AC, it was my laptop charging cable) that has been evaluated in the same / what my charge controller has designed. He said the cargo was then running, but when I re-hanging on my board, nothing. What is this? How can I get return to work?

That's just a data point to suggest that you should shop thoroughly - it might actually be impractical to buy from a US company and ship to the UK.
