can a computer virus be tranfer to a dvd and infect your dvd player?
because i played pathfinder then suddenly the screen went white and the player wont read anymore?is there such thing?

Nope. Not a chance. A dvd player does not "think" in the same "language" as a computer. Therefore a virus would do no good against it. It sounds more likely that you laser is either out of alignment, or in serious need of cleaning. Try a lens cleaner for dvd players. There is no possibility that your dvd player caught a virus. They do not even have the right type of processing capabilities. Also what would be the point of writing a dvd player virus. Not like the hacker will gain any fame or monetary advantage in doing so.

Secondary thoughts: Are you speaking of the DVD player on your computer? If so that is a whole nother ball game. Yes viruses can be transfered on an infected DVD disk!!!! If you have a virus that has infected you bios, then yes it can disable your dvd drive on your computer!!! Why do you not have a good anti-virus program that is up to date????

Also in the future, you might think of buying games instead of pirating them.

i don't even understand why people compare these two series. i actually don't understand how people can speak the words 'twilight is better than harry potter'. i think theres something wrong with them..
harry potter is just overall better. i mean the amount of people who are completely obsessed with the books and the movies is outstanding where as twilight is just a phase.
like harry potter fans are boys and girls, men and women of all ages, but twilight is just a bunch of teenage girls and some pathetic older women who are just obsessed with the idea of finding their dream guy so they just live it through bella

Reformed Nerd / Geek?

As a child, I was the ultimate pocket Nerd / Geek shirt, full of pens, bring a scientific calculator around nerd clothing, pale and thin ... you get the idea. In my teens, I took a total makeover. Joined a gym, won 50 pounds, new friends, interested in sports, it has some cool tattoos, got a job in construction, bought a Harley. Now I'm in the final 30 and all my old friends make fun of nerd is a ** out of me because they have all the money. Has this happened to someone else?

Lol I laugh at your question. Your in your late 30s and I was concerned that in high school? They give honey, life is too short. Just be yourself and do not worry about others. So maybe I should have used some of their brains to go to college so they could get a job that pays more, but hey, if you like what you are now, why do you care?
